Santosh Choubey – Director VishwaRang

Santosh Choubey is an Indian social entrepreneur, educationalist, poet, and writer of Hindi literature. He founded the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT) in 1985. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of AISECT and Chancellor of the AISECT group of universities. Under his visionary leadership, VishwaRang has emerged as one of the leading arts and cultural festivals of India.

 

Siddharth Chaturvedi – Co-director VishwaRang

Co-director of VishwaRang, Siddharth chaturvedi is director Strategy and operations of AISECT. He has an MBA degree from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and Bachelor of Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal. He also has a wide corporate experience of working with industry giants like Microsoft and ITC. Currently he is handling the huge network of 20,000 skilling centres of AISECT and is also a part of the Governing Body and Board of Management of Dr. C.V. Raman University (Chattisgarh) and Rabindranath Tagore University (Madhya Pradesh)

 

Aditi Chaturvedi – Director (Social Media) VishwaRang

Aditi Chaturvedi, Director AISECT – a social enterprising group, is currently handling the skill development division and research & documentation division in the organization. Holder of B.E. and Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Aditi has been working with AISECT in various verticals like skill development, marketing (digital and print media) research and documentation. She has played a key role in implementation of some of the important development initiatives at AISECT.

 

Nitin Vats – Director (Planning) - VishwaRang

Nitin Vats is a holder of B.E. from HBTI, Kanpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand. Having a keen interest in Hindi literature, Nitin balances his professional and creative responsibilities gracefully in the organisation. These days he is the director of the Incubation Centre of Rabindranath Tagore University (Madhya Pradesh). 

 

Vinay Upadhyay – Director, Tagore International Art & Culture Centre

Vinay Upadhyay is a renowned art critic and anchor of India. Over thirty years of his journey in the field of Arts, Culture and Journalism, he has served as Art Critic, Editor, and Reporter. A celebrated Anchor of prestigious programs of Hon’ble President, Governor, Prime Minister and Chief Minister; he has been a known face and voice of cultural scenario of Madhya Pradesh. He is a regular announcer of Music Concerts, Theatrical Shows, Literary gatherings of Bharat Bhavan and other institutes over the years. He was invited by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India to Anchor and Conduct 10th World Hindi Conference held in Bhopal. He has contributed in many documentaries and features of Doordarshan and Aakashwani as writer and voice over artiste. As an Art Critic, he has been travelling, writing and reporting of festivals, artists and concerts for prestigious dailies and magazines of India.  Currently he is serving as Editor of Rang Samvad (magazine of Vanmali Srijan Pith on theatrical arts) and Director – Tagore International Art and Culture Centre, Rabindranath Tagore University (Madhya Pradesh).   

 

Sudeep Sohni – Director, VIFF 2020

Sudeep Sohni is a playwright, poet, singer, columnist, writer, and director who juggle between theatre and cinema. An MBA in marketing from Mumbai University (Mumbai – India), sudeep worked for four years in leading advertising agencies as a copywriter. His passion for creative writing took him to Film and Television Institute of India where he did his specialization in Screenplay Writing. ‘Subhadra (based on Mahabharata)’, ‘Newto aur Pluto (children story)’, ‘Story of an Untitled Canvas’, ‘Amrita (based on Amrita Pritam) and ‘Rumi (based on Sufi poet Rumi)’ are his famous plays which have been staged and acclaimed at various theatre festivals of India. A non-verbal short film ‘#itoo’, written and directed by him has won Outstanding Achievement Award at Calcutta International Cult Film Festival 2019. Currently his two documentaries ‘Gangaur -a ritualistic documentary of 100 years of tradition/30 min’ and ‘Tanishka -the journey of an 8-year-old Bharatanatyam dancer/65 min’ are in to post-production stage. Active in the art scenario of Madhya Pradesh – India, sudeep has been actively writing for World Cinema in Bhopal based daily news magazine ‘Subah Savere’. As a critic, he has been covering International Film Festival of India (IFFI) for the last two years and also got accreditation for Cannes Film Festival 2018. He was invited as Observer at prestigious Film Preservation and Restoration Workshop-2018 held in Calcutta. He is also working as conceptualizer and advisor for various arts festivals of India. He lives in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh – India). He serves as the selection committee jury member-films in the first ever awards given by Screenwriters Association of India (SWA) in the year 2020.
